These steps came off the back of my journey of getting fully booked in my 1:1 coaching program in the first 8 weeks of 2020. Although it was a few years ago now, I remember those couple of months really clearly.

Firstly, you need to be clear on what fully booked looks like for you in your 1:1 coaching practice. Having worked with a lot of coaches now, I typically find that fully booked is between 4 and 6, 1:1 clients. You can then choose to raise your prices or launch a group coaching program and continue to serve more people.
