Welcome to Episode 47! We are quickly approaching the 50th episode, I have something special planned, and the 1 year anniversary of the Emotional Eating Therapist Show.
To celebrate I am hosting a live Q&A Session. Where, if you like cake, you can have a slice (or two) of cake while I answer your burning questions about food, body, mental health, etc. This will be a virtual event, so you will need to provide your own cake :(
If you can't make it to the live event I have two other ways you can submit your questions.

In this episode I am joined by my colleague and fellow recovering perfectionist, Ashley Paige.
Ashley is a body image coach, yoga instructor, and recovering perfectionist who is on a mission to help women who are passionate about holistic wellness to find an intuitive approach to food and health, to reclaim their time and energy and feel confident in their body and choices. Her work blends cognitive behavior therapy with yoga philosophy to help women find empowerment, confidence, and security in themselves. Ashley and I met through the Pro NonDiet Mentorship with Stephanie Dodier and I wanted to bring her on to talk about perfectionism and orthorexia. During our chat Ashley shares about her experience with perfectionism and how this led her to being small and safe. We talk about how perfectionism can show up in different ways and it might not always look like having the perfect grades in school.
I hope you enjoy this episode with Ashley and I.
