I'm working on a research paper to submit for peer review, that there is enough evidence to demonstrate the existence of the human collective in the patterns within nature. Another way of looking at this, in any system, when you're analyzing it, you want to find what's unequivocal, and then compare the rest of the system to that unequivocal concept or process. And that will give you an idea of its integrity check. I use constantly which came from my years and operations, logistics, leading indicators. leading indicators are those things that when you witnessed them or experienced them, I'll give an example. If I'm watching the yard oil and gas distribution facility and I see guys know that I'm walking through the yard but they don't have their safety gear on or talk to you on the phone while they're trying to drive out the gate. Enough of those will mean that the likelihood statistically of someone getting injured or killed is quite high. And my job is manager is to mitigate the worst case scenario two is always death. mitigate the occurrence of entering into that process earlier that should be statistically expected. So leading indicators are huge in my analysis. For example, here's a good one. First, John, I'm not a Christian, but I do believe in love. And the pattern is evident in entering interpersonal communications. Don't bring in those datasets that can only exist outside of life. They're not unfalsifiable. And in engaging with the question, my own internal validation, I realized using zeros and ones that the love is quantifiable because there's a pattern match with industrial safety, process refinement and communication. It's absolutely dependent on communication. When you do root cause analysis of any accident or injury in operations, logistics, it always ends and poor communication practices procedures that make sense. So, modern understanding of modern day deployments of safety culture, in an industry or in a company require open and transparent communication at all levels. You can go to anybody you need to is love stronger than hate. I don't I think there's a better way to frame that question. See love is unconditional internally and you can only be unconditional internally. I can tell you that love accepts love does not express power. And that is the power in that it is not expressed. And I was amazed at how people were drawn to me and like saying hi and engaging with me. These people typically don't do that. Intense and I wasn't ready. I chose to to back out of that flow. which is, which is agency. But it also has brought me into having to always do my own self evaluation as manager and operations and logistics, I can just dictate to guises from my title around which people do and then that is the way things have been done. That doesn't mean it's the best way. I had to stop and make sure that I was not being hypocrite for subverting my own engagements with others by walking out in tennis shoes and telling them they gotta wear steel toed boots. I'm not building anything untruth, and ultimately I'm subverting myself and then subverting myself and subverting the collective we're a closed system. We are all of us connected one to another. What happens to one affects the other. We as humans are connected to each other. The collective isn't a monolithic, mono mind, thing or concept. What it is, is, requires that each part of the one species chooses in subjective agency to be in the collective, because it's what is what a benefit to all of us. Now, this system doesn't give out value. What it does is it demonstrates how people can engage with each other in a way that is beneficial that has value. So let's say you're an I, one of you and I get into a an agreement. We NFT a description of our subconscious minds as priceless and viable, and that's subject to the terms and conditions of any party at any time. in perpetuity, but empowering our conscious mind to represent us our subconscious mind. In the waking world, data collection and our collective senses. I believe we're all tied together, demonstrably in the pattern, it shows that we're connected together through our subconscious belief. The ancient Egyptians and several other societies also agreed with that in their highlighting of those parts of our brain. It stands to reason it's just now Goddard or it's an overworked part of our psyche, problem solver, that ironically can only communicate with the waking mind through abstraction. That is respective of agency and free will. Because anything that is loving, would not want to manipulate free will. I know frustrating Right. You might love to like, slay the bad guys. There are no bad guys. Why can't there be capital punishment? Well, one, the subconscious person didn't commit the crime the conscious person did. In dragging along their subconscious self with them pushes the contact to the collective. If if we live where the person who's right is the one who doesn't have the bullet in the head, then when necessarily we encounter challenges in our present futures. How can we address it we put a bullet hidden in the one who had the answer. adult humans. Think of it as school yard? is an adult human going to like engage in a schoolyard fight? No. adult human is going to be violated all know, an adult would not go. We're going to war. It doesn't do ultimatums the most successful game theory and strategy that is demonstrable, you can look it up yourself is being indomitable. Once it detects the other side, meet it with equal force, when they say give up the tactic Do not press the advantage or attack. It's being indomitable at brick wall. What's that inform us? And therapy shouldn't be transactional. The important things in life should not be transactional, they should be available for everybody. Food, water, shelter, clothing, because it's the investment we make in ourselves and each other. When I do my art, when I do my writing, when I do my shows improv, whatever I do, it's free. If I consult if I share my knowledge, it's free. Because all boats rise together, somebody claims to have the keys to success. And they're charging for it. They don't have it because if they understood it, they would never charge. Why? Because money is the root of all evil, love, and money is the root of all evil. I hear somebody probably saying That's incorrect. It's a logical fallacy. Let me demonstrate why I'm gonna back up a bit. Now. You've probably heard this, if a tree falls in the woods, and there's no one there to hear. It doesn't make a sound. It's irrelevant. No one is there to hear it. Anything that could happen, we can even possibly conjecture, or project ourselves into that understanding of that other thing that is not human, to even, they wouldn't even call it sound. The point is, is that it's relevant because it exists outside of our human understanding and experience, and to bring in hypothetical situations that exist outside of our human experience and understanding. It's not only it's harmful, because we're interjecting delusion and illusion into our collective consciousness as if it has any validity. And validity is been established by humans in a district. Why argue I take things personal, state your premise. Present your sources, the thing that is most valid to the highest degree of confidence. It's not a win. It's us moving towards what's most beneficial for all the largest possible demographic. That is how we move forward. It's accepting ourselves. It's not a get there. We're already in the present. The present is the only time that exists as to the future in our heads. The only eternity is now that we share but for time It makes sense. It's hard to be upset. When you look around and you think, Well, how many people have truth and are building on it? Oh, no, they think they have truth, but they're actually just building on the sands it's as close to the cliff. It is simple. The truth is, is that we have to have contrast to understand anything. Otherwise we exist in a static environment is why creation story after myth, the creation story. I mean, I could start dropping names, works, I'm sure you have read and understand and are with me right now. In in agreeing that it's what is of benefit that we used to have in our culture, in cultures around the world and historically, that transition, that ritual that demonstrated the transition from childhood to adulthood, where have they gone? Where is that understanding? People are faking it till they make it? I can't tell you how many jokes I had to stare in the face. And like, understand that there was a part of me trying to communicate to myself what I was seeing, I used to joke and if people open up the TV garden and say, but today, they're the belly programming. See, that's what's great about America, you get to choose which programming you're going to have. You get to brainwash yourself. Yay. Or Idiocracy they took the economy in, it's turning into a documentary. When people are dependent upon things, this is this is where it comes from, why don't we legislate morality? Why don't we legislate ethics, why, because when you define it would should be understood already. In the natural process of becoming a mature human. When you define it, you have to do it to the nth degree in anything not defined is permissible. We stand on truth, you will see. You will look around you'd be like oh my goodness. Oh, my goodness. Hiding in plain sight. I don't believe most of those folks are evil or bad. I believe they did in an echo chamber for millennia. And addicted to power and wealth, and they demonstrated like it's a lifestyle called Success instead of the addiction that it is. Agency what is agency agency has the ability by the dictionary's terms to have demonstrable actions of any sort that they want, that is a measure of how much free will they have, because they can do anything they want. Well, that's actually incorrect, it is not the actions. The actions are the Mergent feature of an intention that has already been set sent. internally. Our agency exists in our minds. It exists in the gray space between one moment and the next. It is the quantum subconscious. To our standard model conscious. I like to think of it as your conscious mind is your pet dog, running around, barking, playing with Frisbees, likea love snacks, pretty direct, taking in all the data. This is also a pattern. Because we want we crave certainty, but to be human is to accept and no, there is no certainty. There's no guarantee. There's no deserves anything. No, right? We it is equally as possible when we're born, that we are ran by the ankle and smashed against the wall. We deserve nothing, except what we amongst us. Create. And we're not even creating. There's nothing new under the sun. We're synthesizing what's already there. And I don't want to be lecturing that yeah, I'll keep it short. I'm a Sagittarius, which I think that needs some kind of scientific study. We know gravity effects, water or liquid bodies. How can it be that all these gravity wells, decision stars that happen if people have been watching from linear, doesn't imprint like the sorting hat, like your Sagittarius personality and waking mind, that's your waking school, so to speak. So you can see the patterns if you are good, you're going to create the universe, you're going to create the universe wouldn't you want the things within you and make it so hard even do that for your children? Switches? kids ask for bread, you wouldn't use warping? All the creative ways I've gone to all these different groups and and display the truth, the logical truth of human existence. In all its wonderful, easy, simple ways of displaying it. Why do I feel this is important because if you have an understanding of the basic human truth of life, then you don't have to take any fake news, you will be able to discern what's fake and what's true on your own. It's a simple process of critical analysis, and logical analysis loves establishing logical validity. So if anybody has any insights wants to visit, I'm going to invite everybody who wants to speak up speak up, at least the first four or five. So the basic truth of life, it's gonna sound so simple because you already know it. You already have it. Most people have an understanding of their mortality that they will die. However, most I've found, do not understand it. They have the knowledge they know they will die but they don't know understand what that means, necessarily, to their lives in the present moment. So in the present moment, that's the only time that's relevant. It's eternal. It's always happening. And the only day that doesn't end and why is what? Tomorrow? Tomorrow Never comes yesterday. He's always gone. It's something we hold in our heads. So for my own qualification context, so you know a little bit about me, you can Google me on your like, I had another night, it's all online. I'm an historian, and applied anthropologist and artists and whatnot, a me I mean, humans, okay? What, what makes me crazy right now is that so many people are using and utilizing data drawn from outside of what we can ever know, to any degree of certainty to inform their decisions in life. Now, the problem with that is they're not keeping it to the subjective experience. They their data that they're drawn on, they're using good informed decisions, and propound on concepts that they can never know, or prove to the collective to any degree of validity, or any degree of confidence. In that regard, it's unsafe. And I am all about safety. Now, I started on this particular run back in the early 90s. In college, I figured there had to be some key correlating concepts that tied over spiritual and religious endeavors together in a simple hole. That's where the flow would be. And it took me 41 years total. So I'm also okay. So forgive me, it's, it's not the new, it's just a rediscovery of what we've already had before and have tossed to the side. When we, when we leave physically adulthood, that doesn't mean that we are emotionally mature at all. All I see right now around me really is a world full of people, to no fault of their own, are living the life of childlike understanding. It's not their fault. It's not our parents fault. Most of them didn't get there. But, but where is the danger? Okay. Throughout most of human history, if you research the patterns, now an applied anthropologist believes in the human unity of humanity. Now, it's counterintuitive, but it's a fact people are not recognizing it. We are in a closed system. There is not one, not one terrarium made by humanity that is lasted 50 years. Yet we live in a closed system terrarium. An organic dynamic one, who, incidentally, have defined well defined patterns, easily identifiable, if you just if we take a step back, from our complicating habits, and force a habit of simplifying. Now, when we're children, and when you watch children, they model what it's like to be an adult. By playing house, playing marriage, we used to play marriage and divorce tag, Dad, you were married, the drills take you back you were divorced. Kind of weird, but that's what we did mistakes is run those are those habits those urges is what we continue as an adult. Now I want to I want to give you an example of things that you know that you don't even know. I will give you $100 right now. If you can look around you at every single thing which is your field of vision at this moment and find anything that you cannot imagine what it would feel like on your tongue. Take your time. I was barely horrified myself the first time I realized that. I don't remember licking every single thing I've ever seen in my life. But obviously I did. Most of us did when we were little. Thank goodness, we were resilient enough not to die. Then it's an example of a knowledge that you have embedded in you. And yet you're not consciously aware of it. Now, that kind of knowledge is something that's is held by the captain, Captain net captain of our lives. Who is the subconscious sleeping, analytical night auditor? The processes on the data are waking conscious lives, gathers every single day. That's right. You thought you were in charge all this time? Nope. The best comparison or analogy that I can provide for anyone is that our waking lives is like being a pet dog. Get Scooby Snacks, get playing around Bucha bark, B. And generally, restaurant frolic can play all day. And they think they're in charge. The subconscious mind is a pet cat. You love the cat, you pet the cat to feed the cat but the cat wants when you're petting the cat just to get a CLI really you freeze until let's go because the cat is in charge. A little bit wild doesn't really want these comes back whenever it's got its own mission going on. That is the subconscious mind. It is in charge Nietzsche talked about when we finally admit to ourselves that our subconscious is the thing that's in charge, we can begin to live our lives. Now, what I want to address is the nihilism that Nietzsche found very concerning in his professional life in his life as a study nihilism in total is saying there's the universe in life or indifferent to humanity. My challenge to that and his challenge as well is, well one appears that there's a God if there's no human can even consider it. Now, he said, Nietzsche describes the final man, right? We have nihilism as a lack of higher values is represented by what was called the last man, one who is conformist, mediocre and perfectly happy to be virtually the same as everyone else. They simply do what others do. They are the mass of people who seem very satisfied with whatever comforteth Nietzsche described them as this book, zero distress. And yeah, here we go. Behold, I show you the last man. What is love? What is creation? What is logging? What is a star. This asks the last man and he blinks. The last man lives longest. we've invented happiness since the last man in the blink of left the regions where it was hard to live. For one needs want it One rubs against him. For one needs one, one still works for work is a form of entertainment. But when is capitalistic entertainment, the two arrows one no longer becomes poor or rich. Both require too much exertion. who still wants to work who obey both require too much exertion. That's interesting. The Last Man has just a standard so far downward, that they're able to be met easily. He's under a woolly blankets not gonna by the fireplace, drinking his instinct cook with miniature marshmallows from his life is good mode, thinking this is as good as I can get. Now that last man does focus on his life. But on the lowest values, his culture is that entertainment? Does this warm satisfaction mean? That he's not nihilistic by Nietzsche's lights? Absolutely not. Nietzsche wants us to think of such a person as the very worst form of the condition of nihilism. I want to take a moment here to let everybody know, I'm not trying to take ology not trained in psychology at all. However, anthropology is the study of the story of humanity. And as such, it touches a little bit of everything. Inherently, applied anthropology is looking for those patterns within human nature, historically, in our societal and cultural expressions, of the modern age, and in past, archaeological and whatnot, as well as within nature, that we can find that correlate. Not only that, but we look for those patterns. So we can offer simple solutions to the challenges that face our continued story. Existence. That's it. I say are you and whatnot, actually don't hang out with any other any of the biologist. By training, I'm just, you know, I'm not going to do they're not going to be a little myself. I'm uniquely perfect, and you are two. That's one thing I love to illustrate right off the bat. You're always here and nothing is perfect. Nobody's perfect. But there was only one man perfect. Yeah. If you're unique, and everything was Neinstein, physics, theory, relativity, asserts. No two things can exist in the same space at the same time, therefore everything is discretely itself. Unique, therefore perfect, a perfect example of itself. Why can no one else judge you any harsher than you'll judge yourself because no one knows you any better than you know yourself. And I would submit that statistically likelihood from the patterns that exist the idea of God, or Devil is still an aspirational one. We have yet to collaborate to such a degree or have any kind of degree of integrity or consistency in our systems that would enable the next level or shell the onion. And that's just looking at all the other communities of light things that collaborate in nature. There's a degree of percentage of collaboration that must occur before that next show is activated. So since you're in me Monday, waiting for anyone and I think you can allow people to to be onstage, anyone to come along and challenge me. So I knew for instance, when I went to that thing in the desert, there's no way I was gonna go around and be able to see everybody. So the idea was to make a better person trap. So I could just, it would be cool enough that people come by and I can meet them that way. I've been chasing people down first thing I did when I found truth is I ran to the Christian tradition because that's where I was raised. I figured that it would take you so long. Jeez, really? You just found truth as long time Nope. Absolutely. Voluntarily the bottom ized from the even the ability of considering it. Why because it Isn't it isn't anything supernatural? The fact is, is that if you're going to do a systems analysis, right, and everyone in any other religions, when you say, is it consistent with itself will say yes. So what you do is you find and this is within any system, you want to want to check out system homework research that you've got, or whatever is being offered in your book. All you have to do is find the concept, or the practice that is unequivocal. What's that mean? That means it is unpossible. It is it is either or. And then compare everything within that system to that unequivocal idea. And that will tell you how much integrity the system has. So here's the one that I love. Because it's easy in the existing, namely, Christian tradition in America. But yeah, I could sing would probably hold for about vikita. But Anyway, point being, First John. Four, eight, if it is not loving, it is not God, for God is love. That's unequivocal. Therefore, anything that is not loving is not good, or of God. There's a slew of Scripture that is absolutely not loving, being ineffable, being unfathomable, not being able not to No, guess what, it's not love. Guilt is not love. Right? Human sacrifice is not love. You know, besides the fact that human sacrifice was banned when Abraham son was saved from sacrifice by finding a ram in a bush, at least in Hebrew theology. So it would make no sense, then for human sacrifice to be the thing that came along as the solution. Anything you want to figure out, in systems analysis, you can, the one thing you can't escape is that we are all connected, all of us are one species on on one planet, in a closed system. You can't have you can, you can opt out and not engage with the human collective, but that has an effect in what freedom is in the natural, long idea. Nature is your freedom is absolute insofar as it until your fist impacts my face. or inhibits me from being able to be a person with agency. Now, what is agency, people will challenge you, they will say, agency is the ability to express an action, anything that you want, I call bullshit. Why? Because free will is not an external action. If it were, that would mean you're only as worthy as the external actions that you produce. And that is bullshit. It doesn't matter who you are, what age you are, or what you've done in your life. If you have a million dollars, you have a million dollars So, in light of that, what I have seen what seems to be the most efficient way of going about life is one going ahead and growing up by imagining our death, both mentally and intellectually and emotionally, putting ourselves before the process death's door, and really feeling it. Like what that means. And just accepting it, because there's nothing else we can do but accept it. Fighting, it isn't going to help anything. So if nobody else can Die your death for you doesn't matter what anybody else thinks, as far as how you need to be okay with your own death, or is that solely your decision? But if you want a simple process, at least one that I use, that got me to this spot, is anything I'm looking at or seeing or trying to figure out, I asked myself first, is this loving? Is this what love would do? Or ultimatums loving? No? Okay, well, then I have my answer. It's easy to know what love isn't, especially when you're seeing it. But the next one is if I have more than one answer in front of me after I asked myself Is it loving? Then I asked myself which one is the simplest because mostly, we're pretty lazy and we go we go for the simplest solutions. So that's usually the right one. And then third, if anything's left, I ask myself is what I'm thinking of doesn't manipulate free will. In other words, does it try and like all me or scare me or control me in some way? So how do you make somebody be safe or put on a hardhat when nobody's looking or put on safety boots? They won't unless they've seen somebody get their foot chopped off, or they've had their foot injured. Now we've all been burned by being hungry and poor. All of us, you've been taken advantage and we've been powerless. But the fact is, is just like it takes two people to fight. It takes two people to make a thing victimless or victim engagement, not that the victim is responsible for being victimized, but victims, us, we need to understand how we allowed ourselves to be put in a position where we could be victimized. We gotta learn. And that's what this does. You can't, the only thing I would say is it has to stay simple. That's the state zeros and ones, and the ad 20 Mix on this. So if somebody submits a social engagement to the blockchain, and you've submitted for therapy twice the second time, the the metric increases by 1%. So it's not 80%. It's 81%. Yobi BlumbergThe right of a people to assert its obligation to alter or change entirely a government which it feels has failed to meet the citizens’ basic unalienable rights was fundamental in the founding of the United States over two centuries ago.It is my right to call for a constitutional congress, and yours. Every single United States citizen breathing air at this moment has that same right. That right was conferred in the bones of our foundational document, The Declaration of Independence. We forget that at our peril!Photo by John Bakator on UnsplashAllow me to place the call for a peaceful assembly of a constitutional congress, as is enumerated in the founding precedents of modern political philosophy, as well as couch the call within some simple philosophical, grounding context.“Context?”, you might ask.“Indeed!”, let’s start with a source everyone has no trouble finding, Wikipedia’s Right of Revolution, in the opening paragraph, states:In political philosophy, the right of revolution (or right of rebellion) is the right or duty of the people of a nation to overthrow a government that acts against their common interests and/or threatens the safety of the people without cause. Stated throughout history in one form or another, the belief in this right has been used to justify various revolutions, including the American Revolution, French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, and the Iranian Revolution.Many of our Founders and the thought leaders who fertilized the soil from which other movements, revolutions, and transitions have grown, extolled the ideas of deep thinkers such as John Locke, an instrumental philosopher upon whose writings many have drawn heavily. He declared that,John Locke from his biography from natural law, all people have the right to life, liberty, and estate; under the social contract, the people could instigate a revolution against the government when it acted against the interests of citizens, to replace the government with one that served the interests of citizens. In some cases, Locke deemed revolution an obligation. The right of revolution thus essentially acted as a safeguard against tyranny. One of America’s most distinguished philosophers and historians of ideas, in his considerations of our own American revolutionaries, he said,“The notion that they had a duty to rebel is extremely important to stress, for it shows that they thought they were complying with the commands of natural law and of nature’s God when they threw off absolute despotism.”Christian Fritz, Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of New MexicoThe legal historian, Christian Fritz, envisioned a ‘contract’, or compact between a ruler(s) and the people had been made:“In this bargain, the people were protected by the monarch in exchange for the people giving the king allegiance. This was a contractual relationship. American revolutionaries accused George III of breaching his implied duty of protection under that contract, thereby releasing the people in the colonies from their allegiance. The sovereign’s breach of the hypothetical contract gave rise to the subjects’ right of revolution — grounded on both natural law and English constitutional doctrine.”Further in Wikipedia, you can find discussion on the preconditions that sober-minded individuals, our own Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson, felt were necessary, prior to inciting such a bold move as altering the established governing of a society.Photo by Library of Congress on UnsplashOn the eve of the American Revolution, for example, Americans considered their plight to justify exercising the right of revolution. Alexander Hamilton justified American resistance as an expression of “the law of nature” redressing violations of “the first principles of civil society” and invasions of “the rights of a whole people”.[13] For Thomas Jefferson the Declaration was the last-ditch effort of an oppressed people — the position in which many Americans saw themselves in 1776. That enshrined document first expressed the revolutionaries’ reasons for independence with the preamble, and begins the case in saying,When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume, among the Powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.The document continues to the core reasoning for this call for a constitutional congress, that,We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.Declaration of Independence, photo of stone carving from the National Archives, the actual document is very faded.Our “unalienable Rights”, the foundational cornerstone of our society, the lives of our citizens, the liberty of us all, and any hope of our future happiness has been violated, breached, and our future prospects torn asunder, and thereby placed into serious jeopardy, by those who would be our “servants and representatives”.These “unalienable” rights have been disregarded repeatedly, but never so egregiously as in the last several months. The numbers we are talking about, which from the early 1960’s, let’s say from the first “advisors” to Vietnam in 1955, until today, took a total of seventy-five years to accrue. It is a gruesome tally that, as of the writing of this article, has been surpassed by the number of deaths in the U.S. from Covid-19 and its complications since this last February.Let that sink in. In the span of three months (3), we have surpassed the combined total death count of all our Americanmilitary conflicts that occurred within the last 75 years.I would say that the loss of life ALONE qualifies as a violation of the following, stated within the Declaration of Independence:That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.Tell me America, how much liberty have you had lately? Are we feeling happy?Of course, I am doing what any American citizen, entrusted by the founders of our modern society to be informed, to pay attention as a responsible citizen, and especially as a veteran Marine, who served honorably during the Gulf War, should do: I am calling on the people of these United States to rally to the call, seriously consider the fundamental danger facing every single one of us, male & female, cis & trans, black, white, red, yellow, and brown, young and old. We must, as our obligation to ourselves, hold a constitutional congress!The following is a rough outline for the process for a constitutional congress as I envision it, and humbly submit for your consideration of the duty that should be discharged upon those who attend the proposed congress:Outline Proposal to Govern the Establishment of a Constitutional Congress (C.C.)Pick one citizen at random from each county in the U.S. to represent all citizens. Guidelines as of now are to remain simple and strict. Those are:Service in whatever government is decided upon is similar in application to our current ‘jury duty’.· Whatever the C.C., convening on Nov 6th, 2020, finally decides upon to enact as a system of government, or a style of society going forward, it shall guarantee our UNALIENABLE rights.· Further, it MUST be entirely transparent in all communications, with access to documents and dealings made public (live or within a reasonable period [2 weeks or less]). No secret or confidential meetings shall be held, and all records shall be open and available.· Anyone ‘serving’ in any decided structure, as actual servants of the people, may only serve in whatever capacity, and/or as long as the C.C. decides, and must return to their previous profession and station, and never be involved in Federal politics for the rest of their lives. They may be involved in local government, and although I believe state offices should also be excluded, that decision will reside in the C.C.· Finally, all current federal elected and appointed officials shall ‘freeze’, and ‘shelter in place’, maintaining the functions of government, until such time as the C.C. convenes and discharges its duty as assigned by the people and enumerated within this initial ‘call’. The current federal elected officials and federal appointees, and the delegates of the C.C. may only do what is necessary to keep OUR government stable until we decide what to do with our society going forward!Power corrupts, greed is bad, and we are being “consumed”, rather than consuming. Why else would our government get us out ‘mingling’ again before everyone knows we have done enough testing?!We have given the fox the key to the hen house, along with our checkbooks, personal information, our cars and houses, and all the power to keep us from our own hens, and now 78,771 American lives have been lost because of… what?What reason or excuse could ever be worth that many already spent American lives? Any political rally can testify to that. However, I strongly advocate inner examination prior to jumping into anything so dramatic, no matter how necessary it is now, or may soon be. I will be the first to admit, I worry about my sons. In a fictional future I am working on writing, “Meta-Platsky: A Dustopian Love Story”, in the dystopian future of the work I already see the desert dreams that speak over the subconscious vistas, as a visionary steeped prophetically within the disciplines of history, anthropology, and sociology. The fictional tale seems to be “coming to life”, like I am writing the future somehow, no matter the truth of things, and that is creepy enough to ponder.I worry about my kids’ future, their ability to survive in a world where they must run faster than the cannibal band of former American citizens eyeing their ham-hocks. There is constant outrage, peppered with unhealthy doses of post-apocalyptic theatrics, “faux-cathartic” literary releases of what seem like rehashed old writings, and mass media’s obsession with “solving for x” has got me on an existential edge. I can’t speak for everyone.Lately it is too easy to get emotional, there are too many tornadoes of chaotic injustice raging, floods of imprecations from talking heads, while disembodied voices drone on the radio, giving infinite call to action, political brands looking for unreasonable or unnecessary demands of loyalty as from ‘distant powers’, yet within my own country. Since the 1980’s, there have been far too many corporate sleights of hand, what with apparent immunity from the justice to anyone lower on the scale of economic fiefdom than they. Justice is proportional to the size of one’s bank account assets, reflecting our “Alpha Baboon” society.Photo by David Clode on UnsplashI grow beyond weary, much like many of you readers out there, I am betting, of our never-ending, incidental evils arising, as they do, from the exhausted, disregarded compromises of countless, well-meaning local officials, “everyday people”, and supposed friends.This unpleasant molestation of decency was merely courteously dismissive in days past, whereas now the manipulators of our lives jitter in anxious hunger, blithely hostile to your needs, dreams, or goals. Love is choked out as half of our society refuses to accept themselves where they are right now. I am not referring to motivational speech acceptance, what I speak of is recognizing ourselves as unique individuals, perfect in form and function that have ever been sanctified by the pure expression of Love, waiting exactly where many had thought they remembered it was when we were little, before our indoctrinations began.These indoctrinations include seemingly harmless things like teaching our children that they cannot trust us because we, whose words they should never doubt, create doubt with lies about Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, and insist on obedience that reflects our beliefs. Parents’ oft-stated reason, “because I said so”, is frequently used because we do not know, and so default to what we experienced ourselves, growing up.These things are like garden weeds springing from our collective inability to affect any real changes whatsoever. They are a slow-acting poison sapping anything sweet from our motivation to do any actual loving things, mainly because we figure any actions could never overpower the blatant cheapness of our interpersonal engagements in any case. That is a self-deluding illusion. We must not forget,“We are the stories we tell ourselves.”I have been waiting for someone else to tell me the story I should tell myself. We have been looking for the mentor, pastor, imam, monk, or deity to tell us what to do, or to tell us it will all be fine.That was, until the quarantine began. I have seen more humanity in the last couple of months than in the last decade. Why do you think the call is growing for us to endanger our lives? To keep the “economy” going? For you? For me? See how easy it was for them to spend trillions?“Paper Money”, or I.O.U. debt, only has as much value as we agree it has. Why else do you think those that know, watch the “Consumer Confidence Index””? Any person willing to look can see that we have been given too much time to reflect, to question, and start to see what is going on around us: how a “spell” that has been woven over us for so terribly long has begun to crack, allowing some light in. It would not do to have “the Mob (us pleabians)”, the “Consumed” start to wake; who would do all the “menial” tasks?Better to fire up “the machine”, get groups arguing about race, red team, or blue team, or whatever will distract from the truth. When you refuse the game, you are playing. When you deny the game, you are playing. The only way to do anything different, the only way I can see that we can do ANYTHING with real hope, is to flip the board.There are 350 million Americans, how many wealthy? They have television, our favorite shows, our trusted personalities. to engage our daily self-programming. If you know the truth, and stand on it, the scales will fall from your eyes.Photo by BRUNO CERVERA on UnsplashThere is only one truth that I know of, that we will all die, we will all stand before Death’s Door alone, that the only irrefutable purpose of life is to accept and prepare for our passage through death without any certainty whatsoever about what is on the other side. I know Love wouldn’t have us use faith to feel better about it. No, Love does not deceive. Love uses reason and logic. Love wants us present, awake, and engaged!In that regard, I hope that at the very least, this call will open serious conversations that will examine this call, and any other peaceful solutions offered, equally sound in logic and reason, each on their own merits, as we all should be accepted, by the people of this country.I implore all to stay vigilant against the well-honed messaging machines each “side” has: each smiling, well intentioned person, if they serve any other master than Love. These are machines that will have people convinced of anything if they say it often enough.We are the creators of our agreed upon society. The economy, education, all of it, invented by us, and/or agreed to. We should damn well invent something that serves us better than this fiasco, this litany of growing misery. I guarantee you that those in “power”, our federal “representatives and senators” will not do as poorly as you or me as this mess continues along its current trajectory.Many of those in power have an inability, unwillingness, or understanding to accept responsibility. Eventually the blame for some future calamity may be placed at YOUR feet.I swore an oath to protect the constitution. As a veteran, the people are the heart of that document. This represents the most peaceful, efficient way I can vision for our society going forward. Historically, any change that was born of violence has yet to show that the death from violence ever justified the result.I do not advocate violence in any way, except in defense, nor do I advocate the disregard of others’ lives when people ignore health precautions like distancing, and masks. Disbelief will not make a virus go away.The American people can do with the suggestion as they see fit. I have an obligation to myself, that when I find myself standing before Death’s Door, that I know, I did my level best in this moment. This call is that.
