SUPERLATIVE: A PASSIONATE CAREER OF TENNIS AND WATCHES WITH MIGUEL SEABRA
This is Superlative: A Podcast about watches, the people behind them, and the worlds that inspire them. This week our host and aBlogtoWatch Founder Ariel Adams is joined by Miguel Seabra, Journalist on Tennis & Timepieces. Miguel is a tennis and watch enthusiast who has been writing about both since the 1990’s, with a degree in the History of Arts. Ariel has Miguel talk about the differences in the luxury watch space throughout the 1990’s until today, and how journalism operated in the pre-social media era. They dive into the backstory of the famous ambassadorship of Tennis legend Rafael Nadal and Richard Mille, and Miguel suggests what kind of restraint someone should have when purchasing one of their first luxury pieces.
