May 9 2023 • 1 hr 1 min

A Project N95 guided discussion (5/9/23) about indoor clean air, the science behind it, and why clean indoor air is vitally important to personal health, academic success, and overall quality of life. We explored what exactly defines clean air, how to achieve it, and spotlighted our - "Clean Air for All'' program.

Our distinguished panel included:

Dr. Jon Levy: Chair of the Department of Environmental Health at Boston University. His research centers on urban environmental exposure and health risk modeling, with an emphasis on spatiotemporal exposure patterns and related environmental justice issues. Application areas include air pollution, climate change, and COVID-19.

"Sri" Devabhaktuni Srikrishna: Engineer and founder of Patient KnowHow. He is also the engineer who designed and tested the open source approach to the DIY air purifier known as the S.A.F.E. Box. Project N95 offers these virtual conversations as a partner for empowering people and diverse communities with knowledge, resources, and relationships as we navigate the new normal together.
