Even minimal, simple meal prep can make a huge difference in your week. You don’t have to devote 2 hours to healthy meal prep in order to have nutritious, homemade meals on the table on weeknights.
It’s not all or nothing. Keep your meal plan a little bit flexible and you can even do little things while dinner is cooking. You can prep a sauce or marinade in a small pocket of time.
