PRESERVE YOUR MINDFUL SELF
When bad things happen to us, they get our full and present attention, and that is to be expected. We want the bad thing to go away, like… right now, this instant. But in some cases, it is not so simple, right? Sometimes we must prepare to endure the long haul. But, that does not mean however, that we must carry the weight for the long haul. As difficult as it may be, and at some point, letting go is the best way to go.
