Small and mid-sized businesses are the backbone of the economy, and unfortunately some entrepreneurs are killing their businesses in an effort to be "nice".

During the current COVID crisis it has turned the entire world upside down and as a result we need to focus on the entrepreneurial mindset and how it links up with the likelihood of coming out the other side successfully.
