3. Face Yourself (Motivational Speech)
This episode is about facing Yourself, facing your Self-Doubts, facing your Insecurities, facing your Nervousness and Overcoming them. 🏃🏻♂️Health & 🏋️♂️Fitness has always been one major priority in my 🧘🏻♂️life.
I started from the ⬇️rock bottom and now I have come so ⬆️far!
Exercising and working out helped me through anxiety😟, depression😞, stress😥, and 💔what not!
It helped me experience the 🍀unexpected wonders🧘🏻♂️ of 🌼life!
I believe, I have a story to share, and this will🧗♂️motivate & 🚵inspire other teenagers, other people, or others like me!
I'm really excited to share my Running Story
with all of you...
