Tired of having to do things, rather than wanting to do things? If you are human then you can relate to this! It's all about the choices and decisions you make consciously and UNCONSCIOUSLY. Case & Point: Marilyn admits that she doesn't want to spend time and care for her husband, who is suffering from dementia, after decades of marriage. WTF? It's NOT about her husband or her marriage, it's about subconscious REBELLION stemming from early childhood causing emotional blindspots. This undetectible resentment causes Marilyn to unintentionally avoid and escape the uneasiness hidden by, what I call, "almost justifiable excuses." IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT FEELING FREE FROM MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL IMPRISONMENT. The last thing we want to do is scale back in order to scale up. Who in their right mind wants to go backwards, especially when huge progress has been made.  By nature we do not want to feel like we are losing momentum and progression. We fear feeling stuck, especially feeling like we're losing traction.  Kris opens up about having to go through this as he steps into greater endeavors as an entrepreneur. #StepByStep A SuperHuman mindset requires being willing to go back to the fundamentals. Almost in essence, feeling like we're starting over. We must also be willing to let go of all expectations. This is so counter-intuitive simple because it feels counter-productive.  However, it's not. Once we understand what's really going on underneath the fears. "Watch out for what you wish for!" It's one thing to want something. It's another whole thing to get it, and then have to deal with the the things you didn't EXPECT?!! With great success comes even greater responsibilities, and more obligations. The illusion is that once we actually get what we want, life will be easier and all of our problems will be solved.  So, NOT true! "Without darkness, there is no light." There is good & bad, positive & negative to every situation.  Pick the side of more pros than cons. #MajorityRules  Your conscious mind makes up a wish. This is the easy part. Unfortunately, the sub conscious, but mostly the UNconscious mind UNknowingly sabotages that wish from materializing because of the "BLIND Siding Effect." This is the phenomenon where UNcosncious fear stemming back from past experiences of failure unknowingly get in our way when we venture out into new and UNfamiliar territory. Like starting a new business from scratch!

#75 ~ Our brain tricks us to believe that FREEDOM lies in the material world. But, it doesn't. It never has, and it never will. #TrueFREEDOM is not being at mercy and effect of our circumstances, our feelings and our PERCEPTIONS.  After long impromptu hiatus, Season 5-Epi 1 was inspired by my extraordinary client, Kris.
