In this episode, I'm answering some questions that were submitted to me via an Instagram question & answer poll I put up. I loved the questions that came in and had a blast answering the first 9 of this series.

“As women, we function on a 28-day cycle typically, or, you know, whatever the length of your cycle in particular is. But men actually function on a 24-hour hormone cycle, so our needs are really different in a lot of ways, which I'm sure we all have known. But there are also some ways that we can work within our phases to get the most out of them and to ensure that we're taking the best care of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, in terms of our work life and family life and all of that so that's probably something that we'll do together in the future.”
