Hey, I’m Katie Krimitsos and I’m excited to welcome you to the Sleep Sounds for Women podcast, a part of the Women’s Meditation Network.  It’s filled with relaxing sleep meditation music, ambient noise, nature sounds, binaural beats, white noise and more, created with love for women and those who identify as women.  Each episode is 1 hour long, so all you have to do is press play, close your eyes and let the sounds ease you into deep sleep. I have been using sleep sounds for my girls for years now.  And I tend to love the sounds of running water and simple white noise.  The sounds always help my mind shut down while my body melts into my bed. And I’ve heard from so many of my listeners that having relaxing music and sounds play at bedtime is so helpful!
