In today's episode of Psych Talk, I discuss forgiveness. I define what forgiveness is and is not, the beneficial outcomes of forgiving, and how to forgive those who have hurt us. I also discuss if forgiveness is necessary to move forward, particularly when we have been really hurt by someone. Further, I discuss self-forgiveness, how to engage in self-forgiveness, as well as highlight forgiveness therapy.
