Kev talks about making sure you have everything you need ready in advance of the day of the test, and that also you find out what exactly will happen on the day by speaking to your instructor about what happens at the test centre.
Tracey reminds about replaying playing mind movies mentioned in the previous episode as well as suggesting that now is a good time to practice breathing exercises, in advance of the test and also suggesting that some people might find hypnotherapy audios useful.
Kev then talks about a game he plays with students who are worried about the driving test examiner, which can help them look at the driving test from a different perspective.
