He turned to real estate and has been helping buyers, investors, and sellers buy and sell property ever since. He also holds rentals in Baltimore, Maryland to meet the needs of renters.

In 2013, Dana moved to Los Angeles and expanded his real estate business. He became active in commercial fix and flip lending to help investors reach their financial goals. However, he is now more focused on residential lending because he is a people-person.

In addition to his work, Dana is also a family man and enjoys hiking, weekly dinners, and movie nights with his family. He is also a devout Christian who worships in church on Sundays. He works out regularly to keep his mind and body energized for his own success and the success of his clients.
