In this episode of the podcast, host Lydia Pierre interviews serial entrepreneur Dana Jones. Dana is a mentor, coach, and consultant who is passionate about the transformative power of mentorship. He shares that he would not be where he is today without the guidance of his own mentors. He believes that by seeking out a coach or mentor, we can gain access to valuable information and experience that can help us shorten timelines, avoid mistakes, and achieve our goals more quickly.

Dana began his entrepreneurial journey in 1999 when he opened a car lot in Maryland. He successfully ran the business until 2005, but realized that he wanted a different future for himself and a more meaningful way of life. He turned to real estate and has been helping buyers, investors, and sellers buy and sell property ever since. He also holds rentals in Baltimore, Maryland to meet the needs of renters.

In 2013, Dana moved to Los Angeles and expanded his real estate business. He became active in commercial fix and flip lending to help investors reach their financial goals. However, he is now more focused on residential lending because he is a people-person.

In addition to his work, Dana is also a family man and enjoys hiking, weekly dinners, and movie nights with his family. He is also a devout Christian who worships in church on Sundays. He works out regularly to keep his mind and body energized for his own success and the success of his clients.

Dana's mission is to build excellent rapport and lifelong relationships with his clients. He works hard to secure financing for potential home buyers and does everything he can to close transactions quickly so that they can move into their new homes as soon as possible. He is licensed in California, Maryland, Texas, and Georgia, and his company, ePLanet Mortgage, is committed to finding the best solutions for clients.
