Use the Bad Days as Fuel!
We all have bad days, they're hard to shake, they're hard to push through, but that's exactly what you need! We need to push and grind through this tough days, the days you want to skip your workout and give up on yourself. Those are the days you need to dig deep, take that anger, sadness, maybe it's guilt or shame and take that into the gym and use it as fuel.
