I'll introduce you to Doctors, Dieticians, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, Teachers, Therapists, Coaches, Authors, Musicians, Artists, Healers, Practitioners, Influencers and Individuals who have an inspirational message to share. Avanti is Italian for Advancing or Moving forward, so this podcast is intended to motivate, inspire and advance you to your greatest levels of wellness.
