The doctors proclaimed her as antibiotic resistant and sent her home with no other options due to a reoccurring Strep infection- 6 times in three months! Through this adversity, she was forced to look at holistic options. Through her wellness journey, Poppy was mentored in muscle testing by the late Lew Mayron, studied herbs, nutrition, and homeopathy for both animals and humans. Equine Alternatives, LLC, was founded in 1998 and added Holistic Animal Insights in 2013. Now, twenty three years later, Poppy has consulted with animals and their owners from all over the world as well as people in the entertainment industry.
