The Occurrence At River Oaks
The Occurrence at River Oaks is an original sci-fi/horror audio drama from writer/director Nikki Durbin and producer Justin Dark. It is a terrifying journey through one very bad day in the titular small town, as heard through the viewpoint of the local law enforcement personnel; specifically, Officer Olivia “Olly” Corbin, the woman running the dispatch radio at the Sheriff’s office. Our story is told across eight grueling episodes as she tries to hold everything together when her entire world is falling apart. Olivia, her mentor Alan, and the officers on the other end of her radio come under the threat of something nobody was ever trained to face, and they just might be the only thing standing between the citizens of River Oaks and certain death.
