This week's guest is none other than UK Fitness Professional , Entrepreneur and Blogger - Elle Linton ! She is also the founder of keep it simpElle - an online fitness studio, fav smoothie bar and weekly health magazine all rolled into one.
Elle is qualified with a degree in Exercise Science, with over a decade of experience in Sport Development, Leisure Management, Personal Training and Group Exercise.
In this episode , Guni chats with Elle on the physical training preparation in all three sports - Swimming, Cycling and Running ! They chat about the importance of the training mindset in this preparation phase, practicing transitions, how to map out a well-rounded training schedule, and some tools that help to keep track of progress.
