Decision fatigue is common in burnout, neurodivergence, and general stress & overwhelm. When we're stressed, making decisions can feel more difficult than usual.
One way to approach that is to start to come up with some guidelines around how you decide...from your overall approach to knowing when the decision has been made.
This episode will help you make decisions more easily, and be more intentional about the brain state you use to make better decisions that support your situation.
