Grilled Shrimp Salad
1 glove garlic minced (peeled and quartered)
3 tsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper
1 lb. large shrimp (peeled)
1 1/2 lb. jicama (peeled and cut into matchsticks)
2 heads of Romain, chopped
1/4 Fresh Thai Basil
Crostini’s (homemade or purchased)

Avocados Dressing
1 Avocado
1/4 cup Manchego, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Teriyaki Salmon
2 fillets salmon with skin (2 fillets = ½ to ¾ lb = 340 g) (1/2 to 3/4" thickness, skin will hold the flesh together while cooking)
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour (See Notes why using flour)
½ Tbsp neutral flavor oil (sunflower oil)
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp sake (or Chinese rice wine or dry sherry)
