Accept Transience || The Power of Recognizing That Everything is Temporary "Everything Temporary" Everything in life is a journey with ups and downs, and nothing lasts forever Although relationships come and go, the memories and lessons we take away from them endure. Temporary satisfaction may be provided by material items, but long-term happiness and worth are not determined by them. Our emotions and moods are also ever-changing. It is critical to  recognise and embrace them, but we must not allow them to rule our  lives. Time is limited for all of us, we should treasure and fully  utilise each minute. Our accomplishments and setbacks are transient, and they do not  characterise us as people. It's critical to keep moving forward and gain  knowledge from our mistakes. Life is full of change, so it's critical  to accept it and grow with it. Our issues and concerns are also transient in the big picture.  Instead of letting them consume us, we should put our attention on  coming up with solutions and making progress. Our relationships, assets, emotions, time, triumphs, failures, and  issues are all only transient. The transience of things can be  frightening, but we must learn to adapt to and embrace it because change  is a constant in life. We may appreciate and treasure every moment,  learn from our experiences, and develop as people when we are aware of  how fleeting everything is. Instead of concentrating on gains or losses,  we should put our attention on what really matters: our personal  development, relationships, and impact on others. Mindfulness for Healthy Body & Healthy Mind Our true home is in the here and the now   Spending too much time planning, problem-solving, daydreaming, or  random thoughts can be draining. Friends sometimes it’s a good reminder to pause and reflect on the life, the relationships you value, appreciate the love and show other you care.  Mindfulness is the meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Three components of Mindfulness Intention-Attention-Attitude, helps to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens Mindfulness with its roots in Buddhist meditation are the ‘check points’  to  helps us to move out of autopilot and take ownership of our thoughts A good practitioner knows how to create a moment of joy and feeling of happiness through 5 simple steps.  Just bring your mind home to your body, become alive, and perform the miracle  There are many simple ways to practice mindfulness.  • Pay attention. Try to take the time to experience beauties around you with touch, sound, sight, smell and taste.  • Live in the moment. Try to Find joy in simple pleasures. • Accept yourself. Treat yourself as you treat your best friend. • Focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Focus on your breath as it moves in and out of your body.  Practice mindfulness sessions every day, effortless. Think of it as a commitment to reconnecting with and nurturing yourself.
