In conversation with Dhairya Gangwani living in India. She is an Electronics and Communication Engineer.  Dhairya is someone who loves interacting with people, learning new languages, public speaking, travelling and content writing.   She is an optimist and a hustler.   Her mantra: “always believe in yourself."

In this episode Dhairya shares her journey as a university student,  mentorship as a great source of guidance for her, and the sixteen internships which she landed based on her complete focus.   In addition we ventured to dissect how do we build trust within remote teams; playing virtual games to break down cultural barriers;   the importance of volunteering and giving back to community as well as networking to collaborate.  Enjoy this episode!
