The Rita Cosby Show is the podcast version of Rita Cosby's daily radio show on 77 WABC in New York. Cosby is part of a lineup that includes Brian Kilmeade, Rudy Giuliani, Bill O'Reilly, and Mark Levin.

Cosby has a second daily show on WABC Radio. That show is Cats & Cosby with John Catsimatidis and Rita Cosby. Catsimatidis owns the radio station. Cosby also hosts the podcast Protecting America with Rita Cosby. In 2018, Radio Ink named Cosby Most Influential Woman Legend of the Year."

On television, Cosby is a host on Newsmax's Saturday Report. The podcast host is also a special correspondent on Inside Edition. Cosby has hosted shows on both Fox News Channel and MSNBC. She has also written two best-selling books. One was about her father, who was a resistance fighter in Poland during World War II. The other book was about the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Guests on The Rita Cosby Show include local politicians such as Eric Adams, Nicole Malliotakis, and Peter King. Adams is mayor of New York City. Malliotakis is a member of Congress in Staten Island. She was the Republican candidate for mayor of New York in 2017. King is a former member of Congress. He represented parts of Long Island.
