Lisa Renee's guest on this episode is Amy Nesdahl. Amy graduated from UN-L in 1997 with a Masters of Science in Audiology. Having always been interested in helping people in the field of health and sciences, as well as a lifelong intuitive, when she stumbled upon Reiki nearly 20 years ago, it was a perfect fit and it’s been her occupation ever since. Offering in person and distance healing sessions, Amy includes Reiki as well as many other healing tools she has gathered working with hundreds of people over thousands of hours. Over the past few years, Amy has been led to shift her practice a bit to include offering online communities, spiritual development and metaphysical classes. Since Amy and her 2 sons experienced a house fire in February, 2022 she has been rebuilding all aspects of her life as well as embarking on deep self reflection and healing. “This year has given me the opportunity to dig in, to clear karma, heal deep wounds and release old patterns that have been blocking me from doing the work I feel like I’m here to do. I am so excited to be coming out of the fog of trauma and moving into purpose.”
