James Duncan is the Director of Marketing & Engagement at Thrive Mortgage and a long-time veteran of the Real Estate industry. He got his start working for a custom home builder in 2004 in Central Texas. During that time, James also earned his Realtor’s license and worked with homeowners, investors, and builders all over the Austin area. In 2012, he transitioned to the Mortgage industry. Leaning heavily on his experience as a former High School Teacher, James quickly advanced through the ranks as a Trainer, Coach, and Curriculum Developer for Thrive Mortgage. In addition to teaching and curriculum development, his expertise in leading Sales & Marketing initiatives led to his appointment as the head of all Marketing Operations for Thrive in August of 2018. Since that time, the Marketing Division at Thrive Mortgage, as well as the company itself, has seen incredible growth and brand recognition becoming known as one of the most innovative, forward-thinking, and resourceful departments in the industry. Nicholas Sowers, "The Provocateur", is a key partner or leader of various businesses in the fields of real estate, insurance, and fitness. He graduated from Shepherd University with a degree in Accounting & Economics and earned a Graduate Banking degree from Louisiana State University.
