Precious advocates for health care disparities and the financial hardship that Nigeriens endure while fighting chronic illness in her country.  For Precious to speak out and stand up for Lupus in a government controlled environment is the reason I had to certify her 1SicB.

Shamikka is a Thriving 43 year old lupus 1SicB. She has definitely turned her pain into power. Shamikka shared her kidney transplant journey with the world. Shamikka uses her social media platforms to encourage, educate and Give light to the lupus community. Her willingness to be so transparent and authentic is the reason I had to certify her 1SicB

Mrs. T Hill is a retired prosecutor for (special victims) Northern Louisiana. Miss. T fights for justice for families that have been affected by rape, homicide and more. while on the frontline for justice for all she also was fighting a personal battle within herself, multiple sclerosis. 1SicB and Miss T Hill sit down and talk about the safety of individuals with disabilities to protect themselves in their homes and surroundings. these unimaginable and undeniable battles that happen in our society on a daily basis. Mrs. T fights for those So you know I had to certify her 1SicB.

She’s the founder and creator of The MSing Link, an online program offering services to help people with MS worldwide feel more confident in their strength, walking, and daily activities. Dr. Gretchen has been featured in publications such as Forbes, National MS Society, Overcoming MS, MS-UK, and MS Views & News. Additionally, Dr. Gretchen has made numerous television appearances and is a frequent presenter at national & international MS conferences. Her extraordinary efforts in impacting the MS community is the reason I had to certify her 1SicB.

Dr. Lj Johnson PsyD. IHP. FP, IIN, is a women’s hormone coach specializing in endometriosis, PC Lj has worked in the women's health and fitness industry for over 20 years while overcoming her own diagnosis of endometriosis. Lj’s passion is to empower, motivate and educate all women so that they too can have a quality of life despite their symptoms or diagnosis. Her efforts to educate and to give woman holistic approach is the reason I had to certify her 1SicB.

Identical 1SicB Twin Sisters Terry and Tamara (twins Coast to coast)e are both MS survivors for over 25+ years. They have created a social media platform called “TwinsCoast2Coast” on IG . On their platform they share their life living with MS, hoping to inspire and educate. Identical twins living with multiple sclerosis are rare. So you know I had to certify them 1SicBs.

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of sitting down with Catina. Catina is a corporate nurse, health and wellness coach and now the host of her own podcast. Catina strives to educate RA warriors on how to have a life of abundance regardless of their RA. Catina's dedication and love to see others win is why I had to certify her 1SicB.

Care has been in the army for 12 years. She has served on two tours all while fighting Lupus. Cares strength to carry-on and fight for our country is admirable. Care opens up about her healing journey in life while embracing love. To have a change of heart and mind. Monica is a 1SicB with Lupus. This Queen's energy and fight is unimaginable. Monica has fought a tough battle with Lupus. Monica continues to carry an attitude of joy and abundance. Monica  never lets this disease control her energy. She has had some very courageous battles that she has had to overcome. Her dive , personality and gratefulness is the reason I had to certify her 1SicB.

Chris Dunbar a 1SicB Veteran. He has served on three tours overseas and is a registered dietitian. Chris's resilience to persevere through 3 tours overseas and Multiple sclerosis is the definition of determination . He is a bodybuilder as well. Chris empowers others to keep pushing yourself to be the best version of you. This man has fought for our country, continues to fight for education for health for the MS community so I had to certify him as 1SicB.

Ashley Nicole is 1SicB with rheumatoid arthritis. This queen shares her strength and Knowledge about rheumatoid arthritis.  Ashley Nicole is the owner of "RA warrior Fitness". She started RA warrior fitness to help other warriors get through their RA journey by coaching, physical fitness training and diet. This queen gave us a glimpse into how and why she started this amazing all in One program for other warriors like herself. Ashley never let her diagnosis define who she was. Ashley Nicole taking her power back and  empowering others to do the same is the reason that I had to certify her 1SicB.
