Today we have our guest Luke. Luke got sober at a young age and recalls one of the things that propelled him to do so was the encouragement of others in the program wishing they had done so when they were in his position. We talk about how it is easier now than ever for young people to get sober, and how the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health in our society is getting better. Other topics include spending the holidays in the psych ward, true crime, the spiritual principle of humility, and practicing patience and understanding with people who "aren't ready yet."
