Being anxious or overwhelmed seems to be the norm these days. It shouldn’t be though. If you want to overcome overwhelm, reflect on the things that really matter to you. Instead of trying to get so much done each day, focus on the things that bring you joy. Say no to things that are not serving you and begin prioritizing the people and things that are truly meaningful.
