I mean it’s been a long held tradition that  recruiters and companies were supposed to ghost candidates. It was almost passed a law in many states but now the tables are turned. The most common complaint I hear from recruiters is I got ghosted by a candidate. The candidate not only didn’t show up for the interview but they didn’t call, didn’t show and won’t return any of my calls, texts or emails. Man that is a harsh pill to swallow.
