It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person's sex. Harassment can include "sexual harassment" or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. on this Episode the girls and I, shared our experiences with this issue, how we dealt with it and our suggestion on how to to prevent or manage it.

Imposter syndrome is a psychological occurrence in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud, on this episode we talked about our experiences and how we have managed to deal with it.

So on todays episode i had the opportunity to interview  Mr Loeto Magang  a 21 year old Botswana International studying medicine in Grenada. He aspires to be a neurosurgeon which is one of the most difficult fields in medicine for a person to break into. He is a single young ambitious black man so you can expect his journey to be tough. A romantic relationship is a close relationship to another person that involves deep friendship as well as physical intimacy and sex, and maybe even love. To many of us when we think of Family we immediately bring to mind a mom and dad one or more children. The model is for a heterosexual couple practicing monogamy whose children are cisgender and straight.  This would seem to be the model and in fact it is still a cultural norm, This model doesn't recognize the parents who have sexual relations outside of their marriage, it ignores the serialized monogamy that produces step families.
