One Boston City Councilor says we need to get kids back to school in September. Annissa Essaibi-George is a former schoolteacher and mother of four and she believes keeping kids home this Fall would be catastrophic and the state's Return-to- School Working Group is slow off the mark having had only one meeting so far. The City Councilor wants to start preparing now for the new normal school year. Is she right?
