After 24 years of being a top producing real estate broker, I believe the most important lesson agents can learn is accepting help and the concept of leverage. A Career in Real Estate can be amazingly fulfilling and financially rewarding too, but the real estate industry as a whole pushes agents into having a job, not building a business.
