Brandon is joined by Rick Rogers, a 35 year educator, most recently an interim principal in the Malden Public Schools. They talk about how best to support teachers and administrators, cultivating a culture of collegiality, trust, and reflection, how to best to filter and translate district and state mandates so as not to impact teachers, and how administrators can be fully present and listening. Rick Rogers is also the program facilitator for the Soul of Leadership, a leadership renewal program, and an adjunct professor at Salem State University.
