One of the biggest things that I do when looking for motivation or learning something new is to find some inspiration – I look for someone who has already mastered that thing and I watch them. Just the fact that they have learned or achieved the thing I want or desire, means that I can get there too.

They have cracked the code – no need for me to learn how to crack the code, too. I’ve just to got to take what they did, mold it around my circumstances and move forward.

And once I accomplish that, I pay it forward by being the inspiration for someone else who is taking their first step. Use the learning curve, be the learning curve.
