For Part 2, Kelsey gives us an eye opening insight into her experience of working in the African country of Zambia. Picture this - A young girl, coming fresh out of university at age 22, and heading straight into a 6 week on, 2 week off roster, in a foreign country, on the other side of the world and working with people that barely speak english. Yep, Wow!
We go on to discuss our feelings around what motivates people in the work force, factors like stimulation, money and career progression to name a few, and some things that we believe companies could be doing more of, to improve an employees job satisfaction.
