Vu is the founder and former Executive Director of RVC, a Seattle nonprofit that promotes social justice by developing leaders of color, strengthening organizations led by communities of color, and fostering collaboration among diverse communities. Vu helped found the Community-Centric Fundraising movement, which aims to ground fundraising in equity and justice. He is also an active member of Creating the Future’s board of directors.
