“You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”

Dale Carnegie, How to Win Friends and Influence People

Backed by decades of experience producing exceptional clinical outcomes, Kintinu Telerehab connects recovery to everyday life. In this podcast, we explore hot topics in rehabilitation, the keys to personal growth and recovery, and how to apply it all to the real-world.

Building meaningful relationships remains crucial to our success in business and in life. However, the emergence of social networking platforms, our dependence on smart phones, and the increase in remote work and learning has changed the way we interact with others making relationship building a lost art.

In this episode of Kintinu’d Conversations, Brad Dexter, Ana Hancock, and Tim Benak welcome Jill Guenther to the podcast to kick off a Relationship Building series. Jill has been with Kintinu’s parent company, QLI, for a total of 25 years. Within that time, Jill has held several crucial roles that have shaped QLI’s culture and clinical program and has spent much of her career studying and learning about what goes into the skill of “relationship building.” Currently, Jill serves as the Director of Skill Building and is one of the first people to welcome a new team member to the company.

Listeners will hear personal experiences that have shaped Jill’s approach while also learning the secret ingredients to forming lasting and meaningful relationships. As always, the focus will be on how to apply various strategies to real life situations.
