Her creative work spans a very impressive 4 decades in Film and Television. She has worked on many television series such as Fame, T.J Hooker, A Different World, Hill Street Blues, Martin, ER and many others. Her film credits include Mask, starring opposite Cher, which received critical acclaim, The Lost Boys, and Summer School starring Mark Harman. Other credits include House Party, Doc Hollywood, New Jack City, and one of her most recognised films, Nightmare on Elm Street 5, the Dream Child, alongside Robert Englund at Freddy Krueger, as well as ‘The People Under the Stairs’. She has also starred in many TV movies such as Sunset Grill, The Rich Man’s Wife, Stranger Inside, and Providence.   I have known Kelly for many decades, and we share a great history and talk about everything from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers when she lived in the same building, her exciting and sometimes challenging acting career with some iconic roles, working with Bill Cosby, how she got her first acting role and who supported her, and much more. This week I am joined by Yoga Teacher Devin Garcia who has a Canadian based yoga school and teaches many people how to begin on their yoga journey. She explains how the mindset around being flexible is often a hindrance to those considering taking up a yoga practice. People often see those incredible poses and think there is no way they will get there. But yoga isn't about competition (you can set goals) or just about super-flexible poses (nice, but you don't have to get there). We discuss ways in which you can change that mindset and develop a healthy, relaxing, and invigorating daily practice. I ask her about mindfulness, the spirituality of yoga, how to incorporate it into your daily life and how she began her teaching journey. Chris Ferretti is an actor, comedian, playwright and voice-over artist and has just released his first comedy special 'Loaded for Lunacy' filmed at Don’t Tell Mama in NYC. We delve into Chris's writing process, life lessons, the philosophy of comedy, and the creativity of laughter. It was a joy to speak with him, and we have a friend in common whom we speak about. She lives in New York but is a California native. Exetta is the wife of the late actor and comedian Robin Harris (died in 1990 of cardiac arrest) who starred in such films as ‘I'm Gonna Git You Sucka’, ‘Do the Right Thing’, ‘Harlem Nights’, ‘House Party’, and ‘Mo' Better Blues’. After the untimely passing of Robin, Exetta began the Robin Harris Foundation in memory of his name to empower youth in under-served communities. Gillian McMichael uses traditional coaching tools and techniques to help her clients which include corporate leaders to personal client to help them recognise their full potential. Based in Edinburgh, by 2004 she launched her own practice by designing a course and had an instant result. But by 2010, personal life changes and the subsequent collapse of a shared business and a stress-induced health scare spurred her seminal solo work. That year she trained as a meditation coach, and in 2012 she qualified as a Reiki healer.
