The common phrase mind you manners, really means mind your character. Too often we find ourselves discovering our character in following others, instead of looking inside for our own greatness. We often tend to listen to other’s judgements about what is cool and when we do we lose ourselves to other’s opinions. On today’s show Stephen Smith explains the value of owning your character and minding your character in all scenarios.
Stephen Smith is the Owner of M.S. Lean LLC, a Landscaping and small construction company located in Buncombe County NC. Stephen started M.S. Lean to help encourage Entrepreneurship among the Black Community and to employ individuals coming out of incarceration.
