Project Catalyst: An Economic Development Podcast

In economic development, projects are often given code names to keep the goings-on secret until the deal is done. Names like Project Chrysalis, Project Black Bull, Project Flower, and Project Mammoth have all come to fruition, bringing billions of dollars in investment and thousands of jobs for states across the Southeast. While each of these projects were different, they each have been catalysts for economic growth in the communities in which they chose to locate, and represent the culmination of tireless work of dedicated professionals, both in the public sector and private sector. Project Catalyst: An Economic Development Podcast features many of the projects and people that have been, and continue to be, catalysts for growth and economic prosperity across the Southeastern United States and beyond. And hopefully, many of these conversations will themselves catalyze future such opportunities.
