Loneliness makes us feel disconnect and feeling depressed.  It can lead to sleep problems, alcohol and substance abuse, and can lead to a myriad of other health concerns such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and autoimmune diseases.

Be of good cheer.  There is hope. There are things you can do to combat loneliness, to feel engaged, part of a community and begin to thrive and feel alive again.
