How I Overcame Life’s Challenges By Listening To My Mind, Body And Spirit With Rochel Marie Lawson

Happy Summer everyone! For anyone who is not aware, affirmations are a tool for shifting your thoughts from focusing on what you’re lacking, to a focus on your strengths. Since we all have positive and negative internal dialogues running through our minds each day, those thoughts are shaping our reality with their scripts.  When the script is positive, we feel upbeat, confident and sure of ourselves.  However, when those scripts are negative, they can feed our self-doubt and can discourage us from trying to reach our goals. Having said that, you should have an arsenal of affirmations that you can use to boost your confidence when you’re feeling uncertain, and reset your brain from negative to positive.  It’s sort of like a golfer who has a variety of clubs in her golf bag, depending on whether she is teeing off, getting airborne shots, or rolling the ball into a hole.
