Complacency is a place where each of us can easily become stuck in our lives, in ways we do not want to be. We notice it when we feel a longing for something more than what we have right now. Instead of striving for the next fix to fill that longing, what if we looked at our lives as they are? What if we turned towards ourselves long enough to ask the right questions and to find what our personal values are. Often, if you begin to name your personal values and then begin to align your life towards them, that longing will become what you are living. Not sure where to start? That's what we're tackling in this episode: How to name your personal values.
