The Necessity of Men's Work with Has Al-Hasani
There are many times when one situation in your life feels like it is going to break you. But sometimes, we ignore the every day small moments where we neglect ourselves or ignore the internal nagging that something doesn't feel quite right. Sometimes our drive for perfection or being the best at everything is what is chipping away at our mental health until we reach that breaking point. In this episode, I am speaking with Has Al-Hasani. Has noticed that the things that brought him pride previously were no longer making him happy. He continued to "do well" in life but felt disconnected with the notion that playing ruby, drinking beer and driving the perfect car made him a "successful man". He wanted connection so he looked internally to find it and discovered the power of change though men's works.
