On this episode, I am honored to have Laure Miche-Roche a psycho-analyst based in Paris to discuss how to manage and coach millenials. Laure had a very interesting career, she was a financial trader for over 18 years in global financial institutions such as Lehman brothers and Societe Generale and decided to have a change in career and went to study Psychology and earning a Masters from Universite de Paris Des Cartes. She has been in practice for many years, and has been involved in coaching executive managers in finance to enhance their leadership skills.
