Exie is an experienced labor and birth doula and childbirth educator who has helped welcome over 100 babies into their families. Ciana is a doula in training and is looking forward to having you join her on her journey to become a certified labor and birth doula.
We are both moms who love to talk about all things birth-related and, since our husbands are tired of hearing us talk about it, we decided that we would take our conversations to the podcast world. We are excited to have you join us at the "birth" of our podcast!
