Hypnotherapy is one of those things that I originally didn’t give much credit to. However, I've since learned how powerful it is. In hypnotherapy, we can find a safe container to process the roots of our issues and anchor in new beliefs that better serve us. It’s about getting to the core and addressing what lies there. In the mainstream world, trauma is narrowly defined. The truth is that trauma has a much wider definition and broader effects than is commonly understood.
