As part of the pod's partnership with Golden State Orthopedic & Spine, Chace talks with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Semon Bader — a nationally recognized authority on ACL reconstruction. Dr. Bader shares the basics of the dreaded knee injury. He covers how it happens, who is most susceptible to it, useful prevention strategies and the rehabilitation process.

From Dr. Bader, the show transitions to an athlete currently experiencing rehab for an ACL tear. Hassan Mahasin, a senior football standout for Serra High of San Mateo and soon-to-be San Diego State Aztec, joins Chace to share his experience after tearing his ACL in a game last October.
